The Martech Solutions Architect leads the design, delivery, and execution of client engagements such as nurture programs, email campaigns, reporting, and analytics.
Martech Developer
Location: North America (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital tagging and analytics strategies for client platforms and campaigns.
- Develop, deploy, and manage tags to gather attribution data and provide insights.
- Create and maintain email and landing page templates, as well as custom JavaScript for advanced functionality in marketing automation systems.
- Support RESTful web services, SQL analysis, iPaaS software management, and big data integration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement attribution models, optimize client use of email/web assets, and manage enterprise automation tools for streamlined processes and integrations.
- Implement analytics tagging solutions using JavaScript to capture and report online visitor behavior and interactions into various web analytic platforms.
- Manage analytic tags via an online web tag platform such as Google Tag Manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar certification.
- Experience in digital tagging, analytics, programming, and database structures.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
- 2+ years of digital analytics implementation experience.
- 2+ years of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
- 1 year+ of SQL-based or NoSQL-based database experience.
- 1 year+ server-side programming experience in languages such as PHP, Python, NodeJS, or Java.
- Confidently able to read, write, and troubleshoot JavaScript code in browser/client-side environments.
- QA/Validation of code and tagging activities in pre-production and live environments.
- Experience working with tag management platforms and data layers.

Requirements:
- Implement innovative and cost-effective solutions for the customer, drawing on knowledge of the current marketing technology landscape and industry best practices to enable a seamless customer experience or customer journey for our clients.
- Implement advanced lead scoring models to support the lead lifecycle and customer journey including backfill requirements.
- Create programming, reporting and actionable insights for our client’s acquisition and engagement programs.
- Create, implement and test business processes, procedures, and delivery client-facing documentation.
- Support the implementation and program execution of marketing and sales platforms including marketing automation, CRM and ancillary platforms.
- Delivery on administrative tasks for our client’s marketing and sales technology platforms.
- Provide database management and governance recommendations and execution.
- Use a creative and innovative approach to leverage marketing, sales and service technologies for projects such as advanced engagement and nurture programs, lead lifecycle management programs and systems, account-based marketing and sales, end-to-end email preferences centers, microsites, event management, integrating marketing, sales and services systems and data, etc.

B2B Services Account Executive
Location: North America (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for our services.
2. Meeting Sales Targets:
- To contribute to the company's growth and success, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This role typically has an annual sales target of $1 million. All sales and pipelines must be tracked in SFDC.
3. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads to target for DemandLab services
- Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific marketing technology challenges and goals
- Communicate our services and solutions effectively to address their needs
4. Solution Presentation:
- Collaborate with our marketing technology experts to create customized proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our services
- Articulate how our solutions can improve clients' marketing efficiency and effectiveness and bring value to their company
- Conduct services presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating how our solution automates processes, repairs data discrepancies, and delivers actionable insights
5. Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying and qualifying leads through strategic prospecting and relationship-building activities
- Monitor pipeline health and progress, proactively addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may arise to ensure sales objectives are met
- Forecast sales projections accurately based on pipeline analysis, market insights, and historical data
- The annual target pipeline is typically $2.5 million for this role. To be tracked in SFDC
6. Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
- Sales progression is only driven by observable factual evidence
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, continuously refining sales strategies and tactics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives
7. Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in marketing technology, data architecture, and toolchain integration
- Understand our competitive landscape and positioning within the industry
8. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the client success, and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, share insights, and optimize strategies for client engagement
